Regional Director of Education – Transform Wiltshire School Improvement

Dorset Council UK is seeking a Regional Director of Education to lead school improvement across Wiltshire schools and beyond as needed. You will work closely with the Deputy CEO and Headteachers to challenge and support leaders, ensuring high standards of teaching, inclusion, leadership and pupil outcomes.

Rooted in a Christian ethos, the role focuses on translating vision into sustained impact for pupils and staff, with travel between campuses and offices required.
