Regional Director of Chaplain Services & Operations

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead regional chaplain teams and ensure high quality service delivery, fiscal health, and strategic program development.

Based in Central North Carolina with travel to sites, you will set short- and long-range goals, oversee performance metrics, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with marketing and business development to grow client relationships.
