At Alside , we\'re looking for a Regional Director of Installed Sales Solutions (ISS) to lead our installation operations across a multi-state region. What You Will Do

As the Regional Director , you will provide leadership to the team responsible for delivering installation projects safely, on time, and profitably while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Branch Operations, and Commercial teams to grow Installed Services throughout your region.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving project execution, profitability, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and key performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by resolving escalated issues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, make informed business decisions, and continuously improve performance.
  • Travel throughout your region to support your teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational consistency.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in construction, installation services, or project management.
  • Experience leading multi-site or regional operations while managing a team.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including managing KPIs, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and understand construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region- 40%
