Regional Director – North TX Region
Cadence Education is currently looking for a Regional Director for the Dallas and surrounding schools in Texas. The Regional Director will report to the Regional Vice President.
JOB SUMMARY
Operate a region of schools with a focus on leadership, financial management, business administration, program quality, and customer service to deliver exceptional education.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensures school standards are maintained in accordance with licensing authorities, government programs, and company policies.
- Creates and implements a strategic plan to drive results and manages resources for competitive advantage.
- Keeps abreast of current and future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, competition, and market.
- Assists Directors in developing operating business plans to address growth strategies, surpass revenue goals, and maintain profitability while ensuring safety and security.
- Identifies and monitors key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies; seeks out grants and accreditation assistance.
- Establishes systems to implement company initiatives and policies regarding safety and supervision, ensuring schools are safe, clean, and educational.
- Communicates new state or company policies to relevant staff to keep information updated.
- Builds effective customer relationships through engaging interactions and utilizes insights to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
MARGINAL/ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists with other department functions as assigned.

Education or Equivalency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that provides the required specialized knowledge.
Experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Experience includes demonstrated leadership ability, preferably in related management position in an education setting.
