Locations Supported: Auburn, Camillus, Cortland, Fulton, Liverpool & Onondaga Hill

Status: Onsite with the ability to be hybrid

Salary Range: $111,310 to $139,137 annually, actual salary will depend on experience

AmeriCU is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our CNY West Region, leading multiple Financial Centers to achieve exceptional growth, deepen member relationships, and build high-performing teams. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, coaching leaders, and expanding community presence while delivering an outstanding member experience.

What You’ll Own

• Lead regional sales, service, lending, and growth performance
• Coach and develop Financial Center Managers to achieve results
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and execution
• Strengthen relationships with businesses, community partners, and local organizations
• Execute strategic initiatives that drive market growth and member loyalty

• Proven success leading multiple branches, financial centers, or retail banking locations
• Strong sales leadership and business development experience
• Ability to develop talent, inspire teams, and drive measurable results
