Regional Compliance Director – Queen Creek, AZ

Required Qualifications
- Law degree
- Licensed attorney preferred; Arizona licensure preferred but not required
- Extensive knowledge of CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) regulations
- Prior experience working with juvenile placement agencies
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across all facilities in the Southwest District to ensure adherence to licensing requirements, state regulations, and critical compliance standards.
- Ensure compliance with PREA and CARF accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to mitigate compliance vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical assistance and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Support the management team to ensure success across all sites.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: starting at $90,000 a year based on level of education and experience.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
