Key Responsibilities:Clinical & Decentralized Services LeadershipOversee all decentralized and clinical pharmacy services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
nProvide leadership and direction to Clinical Service Line Leaders (SLL) and clinical workgroups, promoting standardized, evidence-based practice.
nStay embedded in clinical practice by preserving strong relationships with teams and firsthand insight into operational realities.
nStaffing Strategy & SchedulingDevelop and manage the pharmacist schedule.
nOptimize staffing strategy and scheduling models to support sustainable service expansion.
nCreate and chair a Schedule Committee, bringing frontline team members together to establish schedule and staffing strategies and norms.
nAnticipate staffing needs to support regional growth and scalability, building flexible models that adapt to expanding services.
nRecruitment, Development & OnboardingBuild and strengthen the recruitment pipeline, including residency programs and pharmacy interns, to cultivate a sustainable talent bench.
nLead clinical competency assessment and onboarding, ensuring new pharmacists are set up for success from day one.
nMentor and develop team members, creating clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.
nQuality, Governance & OptimizationDevelop and lead pharmacist quality assurance and peer review programs to uphold clinical standards and drive continuous improvement.
nEstablish and maintain clinical governance structures that ensure accountability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
nChampion workflow optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and scalability across pharmacy services.

nQualifications
nGraduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
nFive plus years of experience preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations.
nLicense must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
