Join a dynamic healthcare organization where you'll lead a high-performing team of Clinical Educators dedicated to enhancing patient and HCP education in the neurology space. In this field-based leadership role, you'll coach and develop a regional team, shape clinical strategy, and drive meaningful engagement across key stakeholders. Your expertise will directly influence successful therapy adoption for chronic neurological conditions while aligning with cross-functional partners to meet strategic goals. Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Educators to achieve excellence in field execution and patient/HCP education delivery
• Coach, train, and assess individual and team performance, identifying development opportunities aligned with client and business goals
• Develop strategic regional plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across the territory
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, client brand teams, and Momentum account teams
• Monitor key performance indicators, program effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for the value of clinical education programs to clients and cross-functional teams
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Active license or credentials as RN, NP, PA, or PharmD
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare/pharmaceutical field management experience and at least 7 years of neurology or rare disease expertise
• Proven experience managing nurse educators and delivering clinical programs in a highly regulated environment
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, align teams with strategic objectives, and maintain compliance
• Eligible to participate in federal healthcare programs; valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%
