Regional Clinic Director

West Coast Wound and Skin Care seeks an experienced Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple wound care clinics throughout Central and Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple wound care clinics
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to office managers and staff members
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management in a regional or multi-clinic setting
• Strong knowledge of managed care, utilization management, and medical terminology
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of practice management systems and electronic health records (EHRs)
• Ability to travel within the region as needed

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 DOE
