You will partner with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, embedding disciplined problem-solving and daily management practices.
You will mentor leadership teams, lead Kaizen events, and scale standard work and GLOS deployment, enabling a stronger CI culture across the region.
