We're hiring a Regional Canvassing Supervisor to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

Compensation & Perks

• -$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)

You’ll be responsible for:

• -Hiring and onboarding canvassers
• -Training reps on scripts and objection handling
• -Setting daily/weekly performance goals
• -Managing schedules and territories
• -Coaching in the field
• -Tracking KPIs and reporting results

You need:

• -Proven experience managing a canvassing team
• -Strong leadership and coaching skills
• -Comfortable working in the field
• -Reliable transportation
