Regional Business Manager – Arizona Location: Phoenix Take the lead in an exciting commercial expansion for my client in the neurology and epilepsy market. You’ll guide a high-performing regional team, accelerate growth, and play a key role in bringing important therapies to patients and healthcare professionals across Arizona. Why You Should Apply

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach, recruit, train, and develop regional sales professionals
• Drive revenue growth and achievement of regional sales targets
• Align field execution with brand and corporate strategies
• Manage budgets, forecasting, targeting, and resources
• Partner cross-functionally and provide competitive market intelligence
• Champion compliance, talent development, retention, and an inclusive culture

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Pharmaceutical sales leadership and demonstrated top performance
• New drug launch success; neurology/epilepsy experience preferred
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 70% overnight
