Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead and support behavior programs across multiple nonpublic and in-district classrooms serving K–12 students with autism and other special needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and support IEP development. You will coach and train school staff and paraprofessionals, collaborate closely with educators, clinicians, and families, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
This role includes travel between sites and opportunities for ongoing professional growth.
