Regional Administrator

Lead three ambulatory surgery centers in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

A growing ASC platform is looking for a Regional Administrator to serve as the senior administrative leader across three surgery centers in the greater Phoenix area. This is a hands-on, high-visibility leadership role with real autonomy, and it is an operating role at the sites, not a corporate staff position.

The portfolio

• High-volume orthopedic center with 7 ORs and 5 procedure rooms, the busiest in the group, with a total joint replacement program and Advanced Orthopedic Accreditation
• Scottsdale multispecialty ASC with 3 ORs and 1 procedure room
• Surgical and endoscopy center with 4 ORs and 2 procedure rooms

That is 14 operating rooms and 8 procedure rooms across distinct service lines, and the organization is actively expanding its total joint capabilities across its centers.

What you will do

• Serve as the administrative leader of record for all three centers, with accountability for each site’s operational performance
• Own the P&L across the portfolio, working with centralized finance to improve margin, efficiency, and volume
• Partner with a seasoned Director of Nursing at each facility to align clinical and operational priorities
• Prepare materials for governing board meetings and act as the primary administrative contact for board members
• Build strong relationships with physician partners, ownership groups, and medical staff leadership
• Work with business development and corporate leadership on growth and new center development

What you bring

• 3 to 5+ years as an Administrator or equivalent leader at an ASC or outpatient surgical facility
• Experience managing multiple sites or business units at the same time (single-site experience alone will not meet the complexity of this role)
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and operational analysis skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with physicians, staff, and executives
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: RN background, orthopedic, total joint, GI/endoscopy, or multispecialty ASC experience, a management company or multi-site background, and familiarity with AAAHC or Joint Commission accreditation

Compensation and location

• Base salary of $170,000 to $185,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus of up to 20% of base
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement
• On-site across three Phoenix-area locations with local travel between sites. This is not a remote role.
