Regional Account Manager (Optometry & Ophthalmology)

As a Regional Account Manager , you’ll manage a territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff. From in-office training and education to territory development and industry events, you’ll be driving both business growth and patient impact.
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience within the optometry or ophthalmic industry
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory
- Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual
- Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools)
- Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights
Benefits & Compensation
- $80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable, uncapped
- Full benefits package + 401k match
- Mileage reimbursement + cell allowance
- Remote role with limited overnight travel
