HVAC MechanicLocation: Willmington, CAPay range: $25 to $30 an hour based on your experienceWe are seeking a skilled and reliable mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of heavy-duty equipment including container handling machines (top loaders, side loaders, reach stackers) and semi tractor-trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel systems, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting for both on-road and off-road equipment.Day to Day:Inspect, assess, and repair container handling equipment and heavy trucks.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on side loaders, hostlers, forklifts, and related machinery TroubleshootRepair hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, motors, filters, and hoses Conduct driveline repairs on components such as axles, bearings, rings, and other related parts Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspectionsOperate safely in a fast-paced, outdoor railyard environment and adhere to all company safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient repairsMust have:1–3 years of experience as a container handling equipment mechanic or service technician Active EPA certificationHydraulic systems experience required (pumps, valves, motors, filters, and hoses) Driveline component repair experience (axles, bearings, ring, etc.)Must have a Valid Driver's License us.Diesel Enginee ExperienceThis is a direct hire opportunity.
