About this role
This role will be responsible for coordinating NPI (New Product Introduction) programs across Refrigeration from a Supply Chain perspective. This role will interface with NPI Program Management, Engineering, Factory Supply Chain teams, and Operations to ensure smooth transition into production.
Key Responsibilities
- The Refrigeration NPI Supply Chain Associate Director will be responsible for the coordination of all NPI Programs from a process perspective. This role will sit in on NPI Program reviews and provide support to the factory supply chain teams.
- This role will work with the global and Refrigeration commodity teams to drive a proposed set of preferred suppliers, drive a dual source/best cost strategy once a program moves into production.
- This role will support all of the factory NPI buyers from a process and escalation perspective.
- This role will work across factories for similar releases to ensure they are supported with similar processes and suppliers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of supply chain, operations or engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain
- Experience in Refrigeration business working with NPI Programs either through engineering, operations, supply chain or similar experience.
