CoolSys is seeking a Foreman – Refrigeration Installation to lead field crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise installation of rack systems, cases, piping, and controls while enforcing CoolSys’s safety-first, customer-focused culture.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning daily work, coordinating with GCs and subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and delivering quality installations on schedule. You’ll mentor technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, document work, and support energy-efficient HVAC-R solutions that meet our customers’ reliability and performance standards.
