CoolSys is seeking a Refrigeration Installation Journeyman to install and start up commercial and industrial refrigeration systems on construction projects. In this skilled labor role, you’ll read blueprints, set equipment, run and braze piping, complete electrical terminations, and assist with system commissioning to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable HVAC-R solutions. Working in a safety-first, field-based environment, you’ll collaborate with project teams, mentor apprentices, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations that support our customer-focused, technically excellent culture and long-term, energy-efficient solutions.
