We are seeking a Referral Partner for a contract-based, remote role. Additional duties may include navigating insurance-related discussions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Prior Authorization and Insurance processes
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Background in healthcare, recruitment, or a related field is a plus
