Responsibilities
- Utilize computer systems to process new TRICARE orders and dispatch setup technicians
- Communicate with patients, referral sources, physicians, and technicians via phone, email, and fax
- Update patient and referral source information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.)
- Facilitate equipment needs of setup technicians
- Type documents and correspondence and send to patients and referral sources
- Roll-over phone support as needed
- Escalate issues to Referral Guide Supervisor or Director of Operations
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current services and supplies offered
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
- Perform patient follow-up calls
- Works Various Reports as needed
- On occasion resolve sleep apnea therapy patient issues/concerns
