Providing essential referral and registration services, the part-time Referral and Registration Representative will manage inbound physician referral calls, facilitate appointments, and process registrations for hospital seminars while working remotely from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Maintains accurate records within a shared database Processes inbound calls for physician referrals and facilitates appointment scheduling Handles registrations for hospital seminars, screenings, and educational classes Required qualifications High school diploma required; associates degree preferred 1-3 years of customer service experience Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance navigation preferred Call/contact center experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
