Referral & Authorization Coordinator (Temp)

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Referrals and Authorizations Clerk (Temporary) to coordinate referrals and follow-up care for clinic patients. The role includes processing referral requests, scheduling, and maintaining timely communication with patients and providers.

Responsibilities include eligibility checks, EMR documentation, and proactive re-authorization across clients to avoid lapses in care. This is a full-time, on-site position for about 3 months with a focus on patient advocacy
