To support NORY's growth, the part-time remote Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct initial screening to fill priority openings across various departments. Key responsibilities Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants Manage inbound applications, ensuring candidates are processed within 48 hours Conduct first-round screening interviews using a structured rubric Required qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates Proficiency in at least one modern ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter Demonstrated ability to write effective outreach that garners responses Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and processes efficiently Honesty in evaluating candidate quality, prioritizing fit over quantity
