In this part-time role, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill New York Edge's hiring needs. As recruiting talented people is getting harder, this position will play a crucial role for our New York Edge to stay competitive in the market.$25-27/hr (based on experience)Part Time, Year-longMon-Fri, 25 hours a weekEssential Job Functions:Search resume databases for the most fit candidatesCommunicate with Hiring Managers to gain better understanding of needsSupport organizational recruitment goals and objectivesWrite and proofread job descriptionsRecommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingReview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsInterview candidates following New York Edge's rules and regulationsAdhere to laws, rules and regulationsAdhere to personal data privacy regulationsPrepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progressRequired Skills:Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methodsAbility and willingness to learn about the position requirementsAbility to scan large volumes of resumesUnderstanding and familiarity with Recruitment MarketingGood understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRISThinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldMinimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is requiredNew York Edge is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
