Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Supporting the execution of recruitment marketing programs, the full-time Recruitment Marketing Specialist will manage candidate-facing content, maintain the employer brand presence, and assist with inbound marketing requests in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain a content calendar and draft copy for job postings, career site content, and social media posts Serve as the first point of contact for recruitment marketing requests and coordinate campaign asset creation Partner with the Recruitment Marketing Agency to support campaign setup, performance tracking, and optimization Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing Experience supporting employer brand initiatives or recruitment advertising campaigns Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and analytics Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests with varying priorities
