Recruitment Marketing Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Recruitment Marketing Manager, responsible for owning full-funnel marketing strategies, building candidate-journey strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships to drive measurable hiring outcomes. Key responsibilities Partner closely with talent acquisition to manage relationships and align priorities for hard-to-fill roles Build and implement cohesive candidate-journey strategies, integrating various marketing channels and KPIs Utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance and manage budgets and vendor partnerships for maximum ROI Required qualifications 6+ years of results-driven marketing experience, preferably in recruitment marketing or healthcare Exceptional stakeholder and account management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Strong analytics proficiency, including funnel analysis and experience with GA4 and other tools Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic/job advertising platforms Experience with CRM concepts and campaign management, preferably with Phenom CRM
