Our client is a Professional Services / Financial Advisory firm and they are looking to hire a Recruiting Manager. They are operating in a hybrid model of 4x on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruiting from candidate engagement through close, ensuring quality and consistency
- Build relationship-driven pipelines and recruit high-caliber professionals aligned with the firm's culture
- Build and scale direct sourcing (market mapping, targeted outreach) while reducing agency reliance
- Own recruiting metrics: pipeline strength, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring effectiveness
- Standardize processes and implement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights
- Develop and coach recruiting coordinator(s) and drive accountability across all stakeholders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in professional services
- Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience at an accounting/tax firm
- Proven success recruiting across leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles
- Strong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent markets
- Track record of reducing agency xhqgsiq reliance through internal recruiting capabilities
- Data-driven with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership: setting expectations, driving accountability, developing teams
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence senior leaders
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000, + bonus, commensurate with experience.
