Recruitment Coordinator

HR Recruiter

Location: Elyria, OH

Duration: 6+Months

Pay: $25 per hour

Shift: Hours: 1st shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities:

1 – Create job requisitions using internal system.

2 – Review resumes and send to hiring team leaders

3 – Schedule panel interviews

4 - Active participant in panel interviews

5 – Coordinate with HR Generalist and/or HR Manager for offers

6 – Deliver offer to candidates via Adobe Sign

7 – Coordinate background checks and drug screen

8 – Track status of open requisitions and present to HR Generalist and/or HR Team Leader

9 – Create New Hire Orientation binders

Experience/Knowledge:

1 – Has full cycle recruiting experience for hourly roles (assemblers, machinists, stock room, shipping, inspection)

2 - May also have experience hiring supply chain, quality, engineering and team leaders

3 – Familiarity with manufacturing environment: multiple shifts, overtime, attendance, safety expectations

4 – Experience posting positions using internally as well as job sites

5 - Meticulous detail orientation

6 – Active listener – gains understanding of what is required for each role and delivers results

7 - Sounds judgment – evaluates qualifications objectively

8 – Relationship builder: earns trust quickly, maintains credibility and is dependable
