In this role, you'll help build a strong, dedicated caregiver team that supports clients of all ages and abilities.What You'll DoPost and refresh job ads on Indeed, Apploi, and other platformsRespond quickly to candidate calls, emails, and online inquiriesBuild relationships with CNA schools, community partners, and referral sourcesConduct phone screens and guide candidates through expectationsComplete hiring steps: reference checks, verifications, TB test/Covid documentation, certificates/licenses.Send and track onboarding paperwork via PandaDocPrepare new-hire files and update AxisCare profilesCoordinate weekly Orientation, set up the room, order lunch, and support the teamProvide badges and complete compliance items in AxisCareConduct 90-day check-ins with new hires.Maintain professionalism, HIPAA compliance, and excellent customer service.Weekly Schedule (20 hours):6 hours every other week: Community recruiting & relationship building6 hours alternate weeks: Preparing and managing weekly Orientation14 hours weekly: Recruiting, screening, onboarding preparation, and sending job application links after hours/weekends as neededWhat You BringRecruiting or hiring experience preferred (Senior Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare staffing, or Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus!)Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with diverse audiencesComfortable using technology, including email, texting, online applications, and basic computer tasksHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask while working independently in the fieldValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWarm, positive, people-first energy - someone who naturally makes others feel welcomed, supported, and valuedWhy join SYNERGY HomeCare?You'll join a mission-driven team where your work directly impacts caregiver success and client satisfaction - and where you'll feel appreciated, recognized, and valued.
