What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping our business and building your own specialist market. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own desk, backed by a high‑performing team, structured training, and experienced leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
- Driving business development through calls, meetings, and networking
- Staying ahead of industry trends and mapping your market
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting, referrals, and innovative recruitment strategies
- Crafting compelling job adverts
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end‑to‑end

- Proven experience building client and candidate networks in niche markets
- Strong business development skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
