We are a boutique recruitment consulting firm specializing in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering and other industrial sectors , with a strong focus on mid-management and leadership hiring.

Role & responsibilities

Job Profile

• Handle end-to-end recruitment assignments.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, references and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and obtain feedback.
• Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
• Develop talent pools and competitor talent maps.
• Support Automotive, Manufacturing and Engineering hiring mandates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and professionals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience .
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search / Staffing / Corporate Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening capability.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical/functional requirements.
• Comfortable speaking with mid- and senior-level professionals.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a Work-From-Home environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and online communication tools.

An added advantage if you have:

• Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment experience.
• Experience in Executive Search.
• Experience handling niche or leadership mandates.
• Experience in talent mapping or competitor mapping.
• Recruitment consultancy background.
