To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with hiring managers and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Oversee the selection process, including conducting phone screens and facilitating interviews while gathering feedback Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction Required qualifications Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations Ability to execute recruitment strategies and confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills and experience with applicant tracking systems Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
