About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing great candidates, understanding what clients need, and matching the two. It's part sales, part relationship-building, part detective work. You'll be trained properly, given a desk to build on, and trusted to run it.
Your Day-to-Day
- Source and interview candidates through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships with client businesses across Indianapolis
- Guide candidates and clients through interviews, offers, and start dates
- Hit activity and revenue targets while growing your desk
- Learn the craft from senior Recruitment Consultants who've been doing it well for years
What You'll Bring
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality, retail, or similar
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Naturally competitive, resilient, and comfortable being told no
- Confident on the phone, organized under pressure, and genuinely interested in people
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
