As a Recruitment Consultant, you will actively onboard new clients through cold calling and pitch Harnham's services, source ideal candidates, manage the client and candidate process, and meet KPIs and targets to achieve your short and long-term goals.
You will have the opportunity to earn over $70k OTE in your first year, with a competitive commission structure that is uncapped and that improves as you get promoted.
