Ideally you will have
- At least 2 years Recruitment Consultant experience in a permanent recruitment sector
- Experience of running a successful 360-degree desk
- A team ethic. This role works as part of a team and team-working is vital.
- A great sense of humour. This is recruitment, we have to laugh sometimes!
- A hunger to earn good commissions and develop your career
