Role Requirements
- Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
