Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Human Resources team of a financial institution in the Bronx. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process and partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across the organization. Manage all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and establish hiring criteria Manage job postings and recruitment advertising Screen applications and identify qualified candidates Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders Assist with interview questions and candidate selection materials Partner with hiring managers and HR throughout the offer process, including compensation and start dates Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Attend college career fairs and recruiting events Provide additional support to the broader HR team as needed

Minimum 3 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience HR certification preferred SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus
