We are currently seeking a recruitment professional to join our dynamic HR Team to help with our growing recruitment needs in Operations and Sales. Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs across Operations and Sales functions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and secure top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by providing proactive communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent and promote the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare employer brand while building relationships with high-potential talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, HR colleagues, and external recruitment partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure candidate information is up to date within relevant systems.
• Coach and support hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, hiring best practices, and recruitment processes.
• Develop, review, and refine job descriptions and hiring criteria to align with business needs and market trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience and educational background:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally spanning both agencies and/or in-house environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Collaborative, strategic, and detailed approach to recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and recruit for a variety of positions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Experience delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound decision-making capabilities.

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine, CA, is $100,000 – $115,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
