This position will provide administrative support for OakTown Leaders and the Early Educator Apprenticeship Program.
This role will support program operations, including processing reimbursements, stipends, purchase orders, purchasing requests, maintaining accurate trackers and records, responding to emails from apprentices, students, mentors, and school sites, and helping ensure timely follow-up across both programs.The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the recruiting department, assists in meeting the recruiting goals and objectives of the organization, and provides quality customer service to both external and internal employees and applicants.
