Relationship Manager – Staffing | Recruiting Operations
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager with 3–5+ years of staffing agency experience who can manage recruiting teams, improve candidate quality, and ensure consistent recruiting performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and monitor recruiters’ daily performance.
- Manage job orders, recruiter workloads, and recruiting priorities.
- Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and job fit.
- Track recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, placements, and fill rates.
- Improve sourcing, screening, and submission processes.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and client hiring teams to meet hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong staffing agency recruiting background across IT, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Legal, or Administrative roles.
- Experience leading recruiters or managing recruiting operations.
- Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing.
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, performance metrics, and quality control.
Important: This is a recruiting leadership and operations role, not a traditional sales, business development, or account management position.
