Recruiting SpecialistThe Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts while ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and support new employees through onboarding to set them up for success. This position is based at our Corporate Office in Jacksonville, Florida, and requires full-time, on-site attendance.
This is an in-person position; remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.Essential FunctionsManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate qualificationsScreen applications and recommend qualified candidates for considerationCoordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person)Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)Maintain and track candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their rolesManage onboarding processes for all new hiresMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processesRespond to candidate inquiries and provide updates on hiring statusPromote a positive employer brand and candidate experienceOtherExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFoster and maintain a safe work environmentCompetenciesDetail-orientedRelationship ManagementDiversity and inclusionStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSupervisory RequirementsThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting.
