About the role
This remote recruiting specialist role sits at the center of Career Launch AI’s candidate and client engine. You will source, qualify, and help place candidates into roles across our employer and partner network while working alongside an experienced recruiting team.
What you will do
- Source and qualify candidates for roles across Career Launch AI’s client and partner network.
- Screen candidates for experience, goals, communication quality, urgency, and role fit.
- Coordinate candidate handoffs, interview readiness, and follow-up with internal team members.
- Maintain accurate candidate notes, stage movement, and pipeline visibility.
- Partner with sales, coaching, and operations teammates to improve placement outcomes.
Who you are
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, career services, or high-volume candidate operations.
- Strong people judgment and the ability to assess candidate quality quickly but fairly.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage many candidates without losing the thread.
- Comfort working with CRM or ATS tools and keeping records clean.
- Excited by a performance-oriented environment where placements, speed, and candidate experience all matter.
Compensation is base plus placement bonus, with expected OTE of $90K-$160K depending on performance.
