This role will be responsible for finding and building relationships with businesses that require staffing assistance and sourcing candidates for those positions. As a pivotal member of our Temporary Division, you'll help individuals achieve their career goals and businesses find the right talent to fuel their success.Responsibilities of the Recruiter - Temporary Division:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientsProactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, and contract rolesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offersNegotiating contracts and offers with hiring managers and candidatesStaying informed on market trends to support effective recruiting and sales strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team and executives to create and implement marketing initiatives
