To support event-based hiring, the contract Recruiting Sourcer will work remotely for 4 to 5 months, focusing on building and maintaining talent pipelines across Engineering and Go-to-Market functions while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for upcoming hiring events Identify and engage passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified talent Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field preferred Proven talent sourcing skills with 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels Pipeline management expertise with 2+ years of experience building and converting talent pools Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
