Recruiting Project Coordinator

Position Overview: Hybrid in PHX

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our semiconductor clients workforce ramp by coordinating hiring, onboarding, workforce tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

This person will serve as a central point of coordination across Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, Field teams, leadership, candidates, and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with data and tracking tools, and able to keep multiple hiring and onboarding workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, talent delivery, workforce management, talent acquisition, or a similar operational role.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring, onboarding, or workforce ramp initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across recruiters, hiring managers, Field teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional, client-facing presence.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
• Experience tracking hiring activity, onboarding milestones, workforce metrics, and operational deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, along with experience using reporting or workforce tracking tools.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or large enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting a large-scale hiring or workforce ramp.

Schedule: Hybrid 3-4 days a week onsite near Camelback and 24th crossroads

Compensation: $60,000-70,000/year

Duration: Long-term direct hire (with streamlined upward mobility into project management)
