We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Recruiting Marketing Manager to lead the execution and measurement of national recruiting marketing campaigns that attract qualified talent and positions the Company as a global employer of choice.

This role works collaboratively with leaders across Marketing, Operations, HR, Engineering and Sales to engage with qualified candidates through an integrated marketing approach.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Marketing Strategy & ExecutionCampaign Development & Channel ManagementDigital & Content OwnershipCandidate Lead Generation & AnalyticsOperations & Project ManagementQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or related field, along with 5-7 years related experience is required.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.• Experience developing and managing budgets.This is an on-site role at our New Bremen, OH location.Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
