This is a role which balances candidate sourcing, client development, and full lifecycle recruiting. You collaborate closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers while building and managing your own book of business in an entrepreneurial, high impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates across all levels for Accounting and Finance rolesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and facilitating offersBuild and manage a client portfolio by identifying prospective companies, initiating outreach, conducting discovery calls, presenting service offerings, negotiating terms, and maintaining long-term relationshipsConduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, career goals, and compensation expectations, while aligning candidate profiles with client needs and role specificationsPrepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed guidance on expectations, company culture, and role requirements; debrief candidates and clients post-interview to ensure alignment and feedback exchangeExtend verbal offers to selected candidates, assist in negotiations, and coordinate with clients to finalize hiring decisions and onboarding timelinesBuild and maintain a robust network of professionals using referrals, job boards, cold outreach, and social mediaContribute to creative recruiting initiatives including video content, blogs, and social media campaignsMaintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databasesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of total professional experience, with a background as a practicing accountant or finance professional (public accounting, corporate accounting, or similar) prior to transitioning into recruitment with an Accounting & Finance staffing agency requiredExceptional communication skills—both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and analytical thinkingProven ability to build and nurture professional relationshipsPassion for helping others and a genuine interest in career developmentConfidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and growWhy Taylor White Is a Great Place to WorkPeople first culture built on relationships, empathy, and integrity.Opportunity to apply accounting knowledge in a new, impactful way.Highly collaborative environment with former accounting and finance professionals.Chance to contribute meaningfully as the firm expands into new markets.INDLPJOB#RECMG
