About the Role:

Bridgeway Partners Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts at our Broadview Heights, OH location. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates


• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching


• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines


• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals


• Oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience


• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role


• Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments or disciplines


• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
