Silverstar Car Wash is seeking a Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager to build strong, service-focused teams across our growing network. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management positions, design onboarding and training programs, and drive engagement and retention initiatives. You’ll partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, develop career paths, and maintain a culture of respect, teamwork, and reliability.
